Initially, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was also a little anxious to begin with as this was something that I had not experienced before, however, as soon as I met Anna

The simple way even a little exercise everyday can make a big difference, without going to a gym or using expensive equipment. I even look forward to my routine each

morning, and enjoy getting out and walking more. 

Making each meal last longer, eating slower, chewing more, getting to taste more of the flavours in my food. Always enjoyed my food, now enjoy it even more!
