From standing work stations to the right amount of Quality sleep!

Ever felt like you needed that 5th coffee in the late afternoon to get you through a long and challenging day at work as you did not sleep well, again? Struggling to sleep as you have got too much going on in your head?

I feel so passionate about Staff Health and Wellbeing that I took on the voluntary role as the ‘Health and Wellbeing Champion for Musculoskeletal Health and Lifestyle Medicine’ for one of the NHS Trusts in Cornwall sharing the important message that ‘We can only give what we have’.

There is so much I have learned in the last few years which has transformed not only my Health and Well-being but also my ability to focus and my efficiency at work.
